Creative Director

As a creative agency, the backbone of who and what we are begins with creative. At DCI we are seeking CDs at all of our locations who are disruptively creative, entrepreneurial at heart and who possess an endless internal supply of heart, hustle and empathy.

About This Position:
  • Provide an ever-expanding flow of creative development and traffic within the creative arm of the company
  • Work in large groups including Account and Project Managers on strategy, process and execution
  • Work to develop creative and innovative processes through voice and content development sessions
  • Provide a clear voice of productivity; what works, and what does not
  • Help in the pitch and procurement of new business
  • Work within your team to ensure that our we produce in an effective and efficient manner with social responsibility in mind
  • Work with Leadership and Clients to properly develop creative activation and to make sure each account gets launched with a clear path towards meeting our client’s needs
  • Work with CCO and Leadership in hiring and developing new creative talent
  • Work on DCI 2Gether, our internal workplace mentorship program to share best practices, develop new leaders and provide positive training programs to aid in the continued growth and strength of our agency
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong management experience developing, leading and teaching large teams
  • The ability to seamlessly manager accounts for clients spread across a number of different, related and unrelated industries all while understanding how different platforms best work for each different brand
  • Be on the forefront of new methods, platform changes and new relevant technology
  • Report to and appropriately articulate to Leadership the ongoing production progress of each client and the deliverance on each of their respective needs
  • Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to an ever-changing digital landscape while always being a positive leader amongst your team members and peers. Senior Copywriter

About This Position:
  • Work as part of a project team on larger initiatives, and lead smaller content-focused projects, being guided and working closely with Associate Creative Directors
  • Develop a unique understanding of the wider marketing mix to contribute ideas and new concepts across channels
  • Mentor and guide interns and junior staff members through DCI 2Gether
  • Deliver best in class writing, craft and concepts

Digital Media Buyer/Planner

The Digital Media Buyer/Planner position is responsible for developing and communicating effective and efficient advertising strategy and campaigns across a multitude of digital platforms. In this role, your job will be to identify and reach target audiences, as well as evaluate campaign success through our auditing process. Your responsibilities will focus on planning, buying, launching and optimizing campaigns for a variety of clients with differing KPIs while increasing brand awareness and working to help achieve DCI’s goals.

About This Position:
  • Implement digital advertising campaigns on various platforms
  • Effectively optimize digital campaigns in accordance with established KPIs
  • Optimize plans and budgets for the best media mix
  • Monitor budgets and calculate investment ROI
  • Create solutions to client problems and deliver substantial ROI to clients
  • Develop and create strong lines of communication with clients and vendors
  • Collect and analyze market data
  • Supervise and delegate to account team members
  • Excellent collaboration and communication with agency team members (media, strategy, research, and creative)
  • Keep current on media trends and industry related news
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Agency experience preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in paid digital including knowledge of platforms, creative opportunities, and best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work as a member of the DCI team
  • Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to pivot between multiple projects and opportunities
  • You’re a people person, you excel in the development and maintenance of relationships which allows you to work well in teams, foster client/vendor relationships and be a rock star in negotiations
  • Proficient in understanding the relationship between math and digital media
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with data software is a plus, but not required (i.e., Strata, Datorama, DoubleClick, Google AdWords interface, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)

Project Manager

DCI Projects is looking for a seasoned, detail-oriented, and highly organized person to join the team as a Project Manager. DCI is a full-service digital agency with creative, media buying, production and strategy all together as a true one-stop-shop. Through our Dream. Create. Inspire initiative we are a digital agency built for the modern-day business and with that we seek Project Managers at all U.S. locations to be part of our fast-paced, collaborative, innovative and growing agency.

About This Position:
  • Lead and manage all internal cross-functional teams during the project lifecycle for all Brand projects. This includes brand creative, social content, digital content, digital builds, and events.
  • Liaise with finance, operations and legal teams on project and client needs
  • Communicate directly with clients around budget, timelines, process & deliverables.
  • Lead and schedule necessary project-related meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, and deliverable reviews
  • Responsible for Scope of Work task, timeline, and budget development
  • Provide mentorship to interns and junior members of the team through DCI 2Gether
  • Responsible for all vendor agreements and other contract documents.
  • Report to the Account leadership on resourcing, budgeting, and revenue realization
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • 2 to 4 years or experience in project management at an advertising or marketing agency
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field preferred, but not required
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, solve problems effectively and efficiently, and to remain professional and constructive in all situations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with project management and/or sourcing software such as Workamagig, MavenLink, Monday, JIRA, or Basecamp
  • Have a working knowledge of content management systems, SEO, SEM, digital paid media, web analytics, and digital strategy
